Admission & Financial Aid

Music Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of performance ability, academic achievement, and departmental needs. Applications are considered at any time of year with priority consideration given to those who audition by the February audition date. To be considered for a scholarship, an applicant must submit two letters of recommendation. Ensemble Performance Scholarships are awarded in Choir, Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Madrigal Singers, Jazz Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, and Pep Band. Two additional scholarships, the James Stamos Voice and Piano Scholarship, and the Charles Vogan Organ, Piano, and Composition Scholarship, are also available to talented students.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid administered through the University is provided in the form of grants, loans, and college work-study.
